Follow an in-depth research and analysis at a European level of the demands and needs of the labour market to detect what the requirements of these companies related with the digitalization of their companies are.

Design and develop the complete online curriculum for VET, developing a pilot training for the students as well as a training for the trainers.

Launching a professional mentoring program for those students who are interested in entrepreneur-ship initiatives, as well as providing guidance in order to select mentors.

Design and launch of an online collaborative platform in order to foster the networking among students following the course and the companies where these skills are required and other potential stake-holders.

Organization of 4 face-to-face and 3 online Transnational Meetings for the project partners (every five months).

Organization of a Short-term joint teacher training event to ensure that all mentors are aligned with the strategy of BLUEDIVET using some procedures and approaching for supporting the students.

Organization of the BLUEDIVET final conference to be held in Cartagena (Spain).
Institutions active in the field of vocational education and interested in blue digitalization and entrepreneurship, such as public administrations, educational centers, research institutions, companies in the blue sector and NGOs, among others.
Students who want to work on blue digitalization as well as citizens, generally interested on blue growth, blue digitalization.
BlueDivet will bring a common knowledge of the level of offer in education provided by the Vocational Training centers to their students in order to acquire the competences required for the blue digitalization based on electronic, communication and programming. In addition, the project will bring a common knowledge for the skills needed by the marine and maritime companies.
The aim is to analyse the digital competences demanded by the labour market within the blue growth field and compare them with those actually acquired by the professionals hired to develop these functions. BlueDivet will propose complete curriculum for vocational training to narrow this gap and thus improve the employability levels. This will contribute to build evidence on the skills needs of the society through skills anticipation.
The consortium integrates a mix of eight different organisations with solid experience in the design and implementation of educational programs as well as in socio-economic and business development and promotion of blue energy.
The Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) is a higher education public institution in Spain with long experience and tradition in engineering and economic studies. It places great emphasis on international cooperation and mobility, welcoming approximately 200 foreign students and lecturers.
Andalucía Emprende is a public foundation belonging to the Junta de Andalucía. Its mission is to help entrepreneurs, freelancers and SMEs in Southern Spain to start up and develop their business ideas, by providing services and developing useful initiatives that respond to their needs and demands nowadays. In addition, it endeavours to early detect and promote entrepreneurial vocations, not only in the classroom, but also in other differentiated groups.

Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) is a Pancyprian independent employers’ organization, it covers all areas of economic activity and is a catalyst for the socio-economic and business development and prosperity of the country. In particular, OEB has developed strong action to promote the interests of all economy sectors, through its interventions to all bodies and agencies in which it is represented.
IDEC is a training consulting company located in Piraeus, Greece, established since 1989. Its activities consist of training, management consulting, quality assurance, evaluation and development of digital solutions for both private and public sector. Clients of IDEC are both SMEs and the bigger Greek companies from a wide variety of sectors. IDEC co-operates with more than 800 institutes all over Europe and with about 300 experts on specific fields.
This educational organisation has a history of more than one hundred years in the educational field of VT both in Intermediate level and Higher Education (about 500 students in each level). They cover the fields of Electricity and Electronics, Metalwork and Lathing, Chemistry, Cars and industrial vehicles engine and Vehicles bodywork. Staff is composed by 135 teachers and 12 non-teaching people. Their students come from all the surrounding area of Cartagena, from urban areas but also from rural ones. Some students belong to special groups with special difficulties to reach the labour world. They keep a high level of employability and stay in good terms with the enterprises around.
CIFP Hespérides is an Integrated VET center which, since its creation, has decidedly committed to the importance of ensuring that students have a work projection beyond the scope of our borders while increasing their European spirit. The CIFP Hesperides is located near the port of Cartagena, in the fishing village of Santa Lucia, between marginal areas of Lo Campano and Los Mateos. Students corresponds to an average – low level of social stratum economic and cultural, and has a high dropout rate that needs to be addressed.
IEK DELTA has been established in 1971 and soon became the leader in Vocational Training in Greece, certified by the Greek Ministry of Education and the E.U. With 47 years of experience in private education, offering Post-Secondary Training Programs of Level 5. Its goal is to ensure the quality of the provided knowledge and high levels of professional rehabilitation and employment.
Varna Economic Development Agency (VEDA) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental association, registered to operate in public benefit. It is located on the territory of Varna District in Bulgaria, East Europe. The agency was established in 1997 under the joint program of Varna Municipality and USAID to assist the advancement of regional economic development. Since 1998 VEDA is a member of the network of the Bulgarian Association of Regional Development Agencies and Business Centers (BARDA).
